  • Can I store luggage?
  • Yes, there is luggage storage available by enquiring at Guest Services or there are lockers available around the park.
  • Can we hire a stroller/wheelchair?
  • Strollers and wheelchairs are available for hire at the Dreamworld Guest Services Office right next to Front Entry. You’ll be required to present your drivers' license or some other form of identification upon hire. Pram hire $20, Wagon hire $35 and wheelchair hire $5 for the day
  • Is there a Smoking Policy?
  • Queensland's anti-smoking laws prohibit smoking within four metres of any entrance to a building or in children's play areas. Dreamworld is a smoke-free environment however, designated smoking areas have been provided. You can find out where on the Park Map, we thank you in advance for your cooperation

  • Tickets are valid for single day entry only for 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise specified
  • This ticket does NOT include entry into SkyPoint Observation Deck
  • If you have a Companion Card: One free entry is permitted for a guest who needs special assistance along with a valid entry ticket. Please visit a human operated ticketing counter (before proceeding to the turnstile) every time you visit a park, and you will be issued a free entry ticket
  • If you have a Carers Card: One discounted entry is permitted for a guest who needs special assistance along with a valid entry ticket. Please visit a human operated ticketing counter (before proceeding to the turnstile) every time you visit a park, and you can purchase a ticket at a discounted rate
  • You may get asked to present some form of ID to prove your child is under 3 years old to enter free of charge
  • Entry to Dreamworld MUST be completed within the same day.
  • All tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and not redeemable for cash
  • Pensioners must produce an Australian Government issued pension, disability, seniors, or veteran affairs card to gain entry (Pensioners does not include students)
  • No eskies, food or beverages can be brought into Dreamworld
  • No food or drink may be brought onto the premises, including alcohol
  • Discount Admission ticket validity includes AUS and NZ equivalent Government issued Cards;
  • Australian and NZ equivalent Government issued Disability Pension Card (DSP). Card must be presented upon entry for discount.
  • Australian and NZ equivalent Government issued Seniors Card (AGE). Card must be presented upon entry for discount.
  • Australian and NZ equivalent Government Carers Card (CAR). Carer discount will be accepted upon entry when accompanying a disabled card holder.
