What if my ticket/s is/are lost or stolen?

In the case where a ticket has been issued and received by the credit card holder, and then lost and/or stolen – no refund and /or exchange is permitted by Aussie Online Tickets.

Can I get a refund?

As a condition of sale, there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations once the booking is complete.

What are the terms of concession tickets?

If you are purchasing a concession ticket please have your student or pensioner ID card ready, as you will be required to enter your concession ID in some cases. When attending the venue ensure you can present your card on request.

What happens if my ticket/s does/do not arrive on time?

Allow for 10 business days for the delivery of tickets within Australia and where applicable. Should you not have received your ticket/s within this time, please contact us online.

Allow for 24 hours for email confirmation of purchase, and where email confirmation is accepted as an entry ticket by certain venues. Should you not have received this email confirmation within this time, please contact us online.

Am I able to purchase numerous tickets to a variety of venues?

Yes, you are able to purchase as many tickets as you like per venue. Please refer to each venue page for their prices, conditions of entry, opening and closing times, expiry date/s of ticket/s, and any other related policy applicable to that venue and/or service.
